The FIVB Beach Volleyball World Championships The Netherlands 2015 has an overall prize money of $1 million.
The winners in the men’s and women’s competition will each receive a cheque of $70,000 in addition to 500 FIVB World Ranking points. The winning countries will automatically qualify for the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro.
The breakdown in prize money for the top four teams in the men’s and women’s competition is as follows:
1st Place: $ 70,000
2nd Place: $ 52,000
3rd Place: $ 40,000
4th Place: $ 30,000
