Logos for World Championships revealed

 
The Hague, the Netherlands, July 15, 2014 – The logos for the FIVB Beach Volleyball World Championships The Netherlands 2015 were unveiled at the four locations of the Transavia Grand Slam in The Hague in July.

The Beach Volleyball World Championships will take place across four different cities in the Netherlands with The Hague, Amsterdam, Apeldoorn and Rotterdam all hosting pool matches, as well the round of 32, round of 16 and quarterfinals. All semifinals and finals will played in The Hague. All cities will have a unique logo.

In addition to the presentation of the official logos the names of the four tournament ambassadors were revealed. Each venue will have its ambassador to take care of media and VIP guests at each location.

In The Hague, Tournament Director and Ambassador Bas van de Goor, who is an Olympic gold medalist from 1996, will be a familiar face. Olympic athletes Bram Ronnes, Rebekka Kadijk and Richard Schuil will represent Apeldoorn, Rotterdam and Amsterdam respectively.
