The Brazilian Olympians will be seeded seventh in the FIVB World Championships. Last year, their first as a team, the played in 14 tournaments and won the 2014 FIVB World Tour point championship recording one gold medal, four silvers, one bronze, one fourth and three fifth place finishes. Entering 2015, Antonelli, 31, is 5-9 and lives in Rio de Janeiro has played in 104 FIVB World Tour events with 10 total gold medals while Juliana, 31, lives in Fortaleza, has played in 126 events with 46 golds. Antonelli placed ninth in the 2012 Olympics with Talita Antunes where Juliana won the bronze medal with Larissa Franca. Antonelli played in 51 world tour events with Talita including a bronze medal in the 2009 FIVB World Championships and a fifth in 2011 while in 2013 she finished 17th with Agatha Bednarzcuk. Juliana played in 108 tournaments with Larissa, winning seven FIVB World Tour season championships. In The Hague, Antonelli won gold with Talita in 2010 and bronze with Juliana in 2014 and Juliana also won gold medals there with Larissa in 2009 and 2011.
