The Hague, the Netherlands, June 28, 2015 – Guatemala sisters Jose and Andrea Orellana have been forced to withdraw from the FIVB Beach Volleyball World Championships 2015, with their match against Madelein Meppelink and Marleen van Iersel on Monday now cancelled.
The result means the Dutch team will win their pool, qualifying for the round of 16.
The evening session on Monday night in The Hague will now consist of three matches, with the match of Dutch team Daan Spijkers andTim Oude Elferink among them. The open spot in the schedule will be filled with special Exhibition Match.
