While Fijalek and Prudel are the winningest Polish team ever, Kadziola and Szalankiewicz are the most experienced team from the European country. Seeded 24th in the 2015 World Championships, Kadziola and Szalankiewicz have played in 72 FIVB-sanctioned events together entering the 2015 season. The Polish pair captured two FIVB junior/youth World Championships in 2007 (under-19) and 2009 (under-21). In their two appearances in the World Championships, Kadziola and Szalankiewicz have place 17th (Rome 2011) and ninth (Stare Jablonki 2013). The Poles best FIVB World Tour finish was a 2013 fourth in Shanghai. Kadziola and Szalankiewicz placed fifth three times in 2014 at Shanghai, Berlin and Stare Jablonki. Kadziola and Szalankiewicz reached the semi-finals in the World Cup qualifier for the London 2012 Olympic Games, but Poland was eliminated by Russia.
